Shabby Chic

Hello and Good Day!  I have never done a shabby chic theme before.  This is my first attempt and also used some new tools and embellishments.

First, I used a Sherri Baldy, My Besties digi, img394 Josephina.
To color her, I used newly purchased markers from Hobby Lobby, Twin Tip The fine Touch.  These come in a bundle pack of 36 markers.  I like some of the selection in it, but, not a variety for shading.

I also used a Tim Holtz stencil called burlap.  This came in a two pack with another called bubbles.  I love how it turned out.

I found the burlap ribbon in a pack with 4 other ribbons or twine in the clearance bin at Michaels.  Can't beat that.
I added brown ribbon with a bow on top of the burlap.
I used some floral sprays for an added touch.

I used all crate paper brand cardstock.

To distress the edges, I just love the Tim Holtz tool for distressing.  Makes it so easy.

The sentiment is a Indadinkado rubber stamp that I separated to stagger each work.

To finish it off, I added two rolled roses and added a pearl to each center.

I hope you enjoy and thanks for having a look!!!!

I am entering this into challenge:
Challenge # 2- +tie or tape with Bestie image over at My Besties Brazil Blog
